Who is this lady anyway?!
Sometimes my clients say to me, "tell me about you". What are you supposed to say to a question like that? Do they really want to know about me? Or do they want to know about the "work" mode me? Or, just in passing, people always ask, how are you? How am I... do you really want to know my joys and struggles or are they just saying it to be polite? Either way, I thought today... I would tell you who I am. =)So here I am.I am first a Christ follower. I know, many people say that and then you don't see them living it. My hope is that I say it and you can see me living it. We all fail, we are human, but by God's grace, I get a second chance. I have been a believer for many years, since I was a little girl {maybe not that many}. As many followers we find our selves in situations and in seasons of life that we are not walking with the Lord. I went through those seasons and I am happy to say that I have come out of them and I am doing my best to live my life as He directs.I was married on April 14, 2002 at Wilson Creek Winery in Temecula Ca. It was a beautiful day full of tears, smiles and nerves! Our colors were light blue and white, I made my own invitations, created my own centerpieces and wore tennis shoes. My youth pastor married us, we wrote our own vows and said I do as an airplane passed by. {it was loud, lol} That is the day that my exciting adventure began.In 2004 is when my mommy journey began. We found out we were pregnant. We decided not to find out if it was a boy or girl until the delivery day. It was SO so very much fun to do it this way. All of our family and friends... they hated it and I think that was the best part. LOL On in Sept. 2004 we found out we had a little girl. 9lb 13oz of little girl. In 2006 we found out we were pregnant again and again, we didn't find out, and again... it was so fun. In March 2007 we had our second little girl. 9lb 12oz. They are such joys, such little stinkers and such blessings in my life.That in a nutshell is my life, my world, my bubble and I love it.Little things about me, who I am and what makes me tick.I love coffee. Well, not so much coffee, but the smell of coffee. Walking in to the house or waking up and going down stairs and smelling the aroma... it's wonderful. I do drink coffee... but I drink mostly creamer with a little bit of coffee. Not just any creamer, Vanilla Nut creamer. =)I do not like chocolate. I do like white chocolate.Gardening, I love to garden! Planting flowers and create outside spaces. I do not like to pull weeds.I color my hair because it's been turning gray for the last 10 years. {not cool}Self help books and fiction books are what I enjoy reading. My husband bought me a kindle a couple of years ago and I didn't think I would like reading on it...but I love it and read all the time.I am not a writer. Sure I can think of things to write, but I do not have good punctuation and I can not spell. I rely on spell check... a lot!I enjoy cooking, or trying to cook. I like trying new things and my sweet husband always eats it, even if I wont. I am a better baker than a cook.I do not have a lot of friends, but the ones I do have are great friends.My best friend is my mom. She is my inspiration and she brings me joy! My sister is also my best friend I love her!I am an auntie to 4 nieces and 1 nephew.Watching it snow next to my fire place with a blanket and hubby is a great spot for me.Watching life through my kids eyes is amazing.We have 2 dogs, 2 cats, a toad and about 20 fish. I have a lot of mouths to feed.Overcast days are my favorite.I would love to travel more. Tahiti, Italy, Ireland are just a few on my list... but if you asked me to go to North Carolina, I totally would!No doubt there is more I could tell you... I am an open book. Ask and I will give you the honest answer and give you an in site to me.Here is my happy spot... My husband and my daughters. {LOVE}
