Carlson Family {Lake Arrowhead}
I have the best job! Well, if you can really call it a job. Yes, I make a living, yes I put countless hours in, yes, I'm always "on call", but I work from home and I truly LOVE what I do! Is that a job? Not to many people can say they LOVE their job.Every since I was little, I have been a people watcher. I could sit for hours just watching people, how they act, how they walk, how they interact with the people they are with, how they react to strangers around them. If you are looking for a place to people watch, Disneyland and weddings are at the top of my list! You NEVER know what you are going to get.As much as I love to people watch... I don't like to sit by people I don't know. Yes, it's weird, but it's my weird thing. I always make my husband sit next to the stranger in a movie theater or one time we went to a bed and breakfast and everyone eats together eek. I sat on the end and Robbie sat next to the stranger. lol I don't know, it's something about sharing my space with someone I don't know. Not sure what that is about...Anyway, family sessions are so fun. Most of the time they are strangers, but because I've talked to them through email or on the phone I feel like I know them, just a little bit. During the sessions we talk, I get a peek at who they are, I get to enjoy playing with their kids and finding out what makes them tick. By the end of the session, I'm giving hugs all around and looking forward to seeing them again! Not just at the next session, but at the market, at church and I would even sit next to them in the theater.After a family session is all said and done, I feel like they are friends, I got to know them a little bit and I now, I get to stalk their Facebook pages! I just love what I do!!This is the Carlson Family. I got to know Will and Melissa on their wedding day in Big Bear. Soon after I photograph their maternity session, then little Benjamin's baby pictures, his 1 year session and now all of Will's family was in Arrowhead and I got to hang out with everyone! These are my friends, the Carlson's.Love One Another Photography
