Memorial Day
Today is Memorial Day.Today is the day we set aside to say thank you to the men and women who are serving, who have served and who have lost their lives in the line of duty. Today we stop and remember them, we honor them and love on them. If you ask me, we should have more memorial days, each and every day we should honor, remember and love on these people who have chosen to fight for our freedom, who have chosen to leave their families so that we can live with freedom, who have chosen to serve our country. We need to love on them EVERY day, memorial day or not.Everyone knows someone who has served or who is serving in one of the military branches. Quite a few of my clients are in the military, I have family who have served and who are now serving in the military. These men and women sacrifice so much. And I just thank them from the bottom of my heart. As you go about your days and you are thanking these men and women, please remember that each and every one of them have families. These people are someones children, someones daddy/mommy, someones loved one, thank the families as well for the sacrifice they make. If it's moving all the time, not getting to see them because they are deployed or everyday military issues, please take the time to thank them as well. They are giving up their daddy/mommy/ son/daughter brother/sister husband/wife to defend our nation. So as you BBQ today or go garage sailing, please make it a point to thank someone in the military and thank their families too.
