Beach Wedding {Laguna Beach Photographer}

It's not often that I get to shoot at the beach. I do have couples asking for beach engagement pictures or families wanting beach family pictures... but everyone has to get their money, so I am not able to photograph there unless I pay the dues. What are the dues, well, they want me to have a crazy high insurance policy and they also want me to pay for a permit, which I need to obtain well in advance. I'm only going to be there about an hour... but this is what they want. And by they I mean the government, these are the states beaches... sheesh. So... I don't get down there often for "work".But this was a beach wedding and it was so pretty. The ceremony didn't start until 7pm as the sun was setting and the tide coming in... it was beautiful. We did all the pictures before hand at the hotel Laguna and only had the newly married couples pictures for after the ceremony. One of my favorite things about the wedding decor that Alicia did, was her bouquet. She didn't like flowers, after all "they just die", so she decided to make a bouquet of brooches. Some of them were her moms, grandmas and a few from his side of the family... what a sweet way to include a little bit of everyone as you walk down the aisle.
